With fall drawing near I’m sharing my go to fall makeup. Now I don’t do this every day, but when I do want a little something more than my extra simple everyday makeup, I do this simple natural brown smokey eye.
For this makeup look I use one of my favorite palettes ever: The Persona Cosmetics Identity Palette! This is the first real palette I ever owned and Sona Gasparian, the founder of Persona Cosmetics, created this palette to specifically flatter brown eyes. If you don’t have brown eyes you can still use this neutral palette, but if you do have brown eyes this palette will make your eyes pop!
I own the palette in the original packaging, but just this month they repackaged it. It’s supposed to be the same great formula and colors, but in a cleaner, sleeker package.
I also used a couple of shades from the Colourpop Brown Sugar palette, but you don’t need this palette to achieve this look. The Identity Palette is enough.
Starting with the Identity Palette in my crease I take a fluffy crease brush and dip into the shade Charming. I also, mix it with a little bit of the shade Audacious. These shadows are so pigmented you only need a small amount. I start on the outer edge of my crease and take my time blending in. This ensures the most color is deposited on the outer edge of your eye and blends effortlessly throughout the rest of your crease.
Next, using my finger I apply the shade Goddess all over my lid. I take the same crease brush I used before and lightly blend the crease and lid together.
Taking a shader brush I apply the shades Charming and Audacious and blend them on my bottom lash line.
Jumping into the Brown Sugar palette I dip into the shade Sorrel with the same crease brush and apply a small amount to the very edge of my crease. I blend lightly.
I take the same shade with the shader brush and apply to the outer edge of my bottom lash line.
Picking up a small amount of the shade Ginger I press it just on the very middle of my lid.
Then using a small inner corner brush, I put the shade Ginger on my inner corner. And with that the eyes are done!
For my face I used my favorite blush for fall: Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush in Mellow Wine. I don’t know what it is about this blush, but I pull it out in the fall and use it every time I do my makeup.
On my lips I used my favorite lip shade: Persona Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade OG. This is a beautiful nude shade and it’s my go to shade every fall! And that’s my go to fall makeup.
